Step 1 : Gently step into the faja, pulling it up from the legs to the torso to ensure even compression.
Step 2: Fasten the hooks/zipper slowly, adjust the straps, and make sure the fabric sits smoothly around the waist, hips, and bust.
Step 3: Stand up straight, make small adjustments, and ensure the shaper feels snug but comfortable for all-day wear.
Tips: For easier wear, put it on first thing in the morning when your body is less swollen.
If new to compression, start with 1–2 hours per day and gradually increase.
Use the zipper crotch for convenient bathroom breaks without removing the shaper.
Hand wash and air dry to maintain elasticity and durability.
