Step 1: Hold the Belly bra with the cups facing you, slide your arms through the straps, and lean slightly forward so your bust naturally falls into the cups.
Step 2: Reach behind and fasten the hooks on the loosest set of clasps, then straighten up and adjust each strap so they sit comfortably on your shoulders without digging in.
Step 3: Use two fingers to scoop and settle your bust fully into each cup, ensuring the centre gore lies flat against your chest and the underwire sits along your natural breast root.
