Transit times apply after your item has been picked and packed in our facilities and picked up by the carrier.

Additional business days may be required for delivery during peak selling periods and holidays.

Our products are shipped directly from our UK or overseas warehouses. For shipments from overseas warehouses, transit times may be impacted by customs clearance. Customs delays are out of our hands and entirely driven by a country's customs authority - please allow a few days for your package to clear customs if necessary.

STANDARD SHIPPING
Within the US, the estimated transit period is 5-10 business days, depending on the delivery address.
Within the UK, the estimated transit period is 5-8 business days, depending on the delivery address.
Within AU, the estimated transit period is 5-7 business days, depending on the delivery address.
Within DE, the estimated transit period is 5-9 business days, depending on the delivery address.
